Where can I find a download for OpenBugs 3.2.2?

Where is OpenBugs3.2.2? I'm trying to run package BTSPAS, and an error message says I need OPenBugs 3.2.2.

You can get OpenBugs from its official website. Make sure to download only the Windows version of the program.
