The InnovaSpy application is used indeed for monitoring / tracking an iOS phone or an Android device. To use this, you need to install the application on your target's device. After the installation is finished, to open it, you need to dial the secret code and wait for it to start. In order to use it properly, you need to activate the device on your account. If you don't have an account, you can tap Register and create one. You can view all the logs and other information available for a device, from the Online Control Panel on the official website.
