This software was designed to run on Windows 2000 or Windows XP. You can try to install it using the compatibility troubleshooter available in Windows 7. You can open it by going to Start, in the search bar type run program and select Run programs made for previous versions of Windows. From there you need to follow the instruction provided. Even if you manage to install the software on your computer this way, there is still a possibility that you won't be able to use it together with some devices without the appropriate drivers for Windows 7.
