You can do this through the HOTSPOT mode but in order to do that you need to have a smartphone with this function enabled. If you have one, you can access it from the Settings/Network menu. Once you activate hotspot mode, the phone will connect to the Internet then you can use the tablet's built-in WiFi to connect to your phone.
