I put a pattern lock for my security purpose. Unfortunately I forgot the pattern lock code. I was trying to enter it more than three times then that pattern lock was locked nad it was asking my Google account address. Even if I enter the Google mail ID, there is no response from device. I called up to local customer service. There is no response from them. Please look into this issue.
