SAP GenSIS is just another SAP product that is focused on project assessment, service upgrade, remote support, and others. It is primary used in large companies because the application features wide area management tools to handle the data easily yet using a security environment.
On the other hand, there isn't much of a difference because GenSIS is the developer, more like a brand.
