Why do I get an error message whenever I start my computer that says: The system cannot find the file specified. DVD@ccess could not be opened.

This error might pop up for different reasons. If you have this program installed and you cannot start it, it's possible that your antivirus had deleted a file that was associated with it. To fix this, you need to turn off your antivirus and reinstall the software. Also, be sure to include the software on the trusted program list of your antivirus utility.

If you removed this software and the error is still being displayed, it is possible that after the uninstall, some files associated with the software still remain in the system. To fix this, you can go to Start -> Run -> type regedit and press enter. In the new window that opened, go to Edit -> Find, type the name of the file in the error and remove it manually. Before you do this, it is advised to use Google for a quick search of the file name, so you won't remove a system associated file.
