You can check if the program is still installed on your computer by going to Start -> Control Panel -> Programs. If the program is there, try running it using Administrator rights. To do that, right click on the desktop icon and select Run as Administrator. If you can't find the program on the list, you can try to install it again. It is advised to update the software to the latest version.
