I keep getting "operation error" and I can't find a way to fix it. What do need to do?

Try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. This should fix it. Make sure that the installation is done with Administrator rights to prevent any additional errors. If you have an old version of the application, you need to obtain another updated version to fix this bug.
