I've downloaded five RAR files, 1 GB each, using the JET Downloader. Now I can't uncompress the files and they have only 5 KB. Also, the original files seem to be gone from my computer. What can I do?
The Jet Downloader program has a feature which allows you to split the files that you want to download in order to increase the download speed and join them once they are completed. It is possible that you extracted the files before the program finished its job and this probably caused the files to become corrupted. I recommend you to update the program to the latest version. After you did this, try to download the files and try to extract them again. It is also advised to try with other files to see if the problem persists. If so, it might be an internal error of the application and you should contact the developer for further support.
