I've created an Ethernet connection from PC to scale via LAN. I've already set manually the IP and the mask but bServ doesn't detect the scale. My PC works on Windows XP. Is the problem caused by this operating system?
Configure the IP address which should be unique and make sure you use 2 5 5 2 5 5 2 4 8 0 0 0 as the mask code and set the timeout to 10ms. If this doesn't help, remove the bServ software from your PC and then install it again. If it doesn't work, use the contact information from the official web page to get in touch with the support team.
