After I upgraded my system to Windows 7, I reinstalled MP Navigator 1.0. When I clicked the application icon, it tells me that the scanner driver is not installed. Can you help?

You need to reinstall the drivers for your Canon printer and scanner. Go to the official web page, identify your product, select Windows 7 as your operating system if this is not detected automatically. Then download and install the files from the Drivers tab. Also, download and install the latest version of MP Navigator from the Software section.
