Home Audiometer Hearing Test problems.

Question

I am having technical difficulties with the Home Audiometer Hearing Test software. I managed to calibrate it, but unfortunately I cannot run tests. The reason is that my volume mixer automatically goes "mute" every time a new frequency is tested and I have to manually turn it on again. By doing that, I'm constantly unable to test the first couple of sounds for each frequency. I tried the software in different computers but the same happens every time. What can I do?

In order to fix the problems, I recommend you update the program to the latest version. If the update is not helping, go to Start, type dxdiag and open the utility. Click the Sound tab, check your audio card model and download and install the latest drivers available from the developer's website. If you still have problems, I recommend you contact the developers.
