An application like Outlook

I need a scheduler similar to what the Microsoft Office Outlook Calendar looks like and that has the same options. Do I have to renew this software annually to get the next year calendar? How long does the calendar stay around? Can I look back to when a particular appointment was scheduled from a prior date? How far in advance can I schedule an appointment on the calendar? Is there a view similar to what the Outlook has for each day showing the time and note area for an appointment or reminder?

The calendar application is available only for Outlook 2010 and later. No versions of this module are available for Outlook 2010 and older. A good alternative to the Outlook Calendar is Google Calendar or Yahoo Calendar. You can access both of them using the links below:

However, from my personal experience, the Outlook Calendar module offers the features you have mentioned above and it's commonly used among users who work and need to sync their data. The Google and Yahoo calendar work very well too.
