To scan a document, lift the scanner cover, then place the item you want to scan. Lower the cover and press the Scan button. While performing this operation, the device needs connecting to PC. The drivers and software of the device need to be installed before doing this procedure. When you press the SCAN button, the device will start to scan using default settings. At the end of the scanning process, your computer will display the scanned item from where you can save it to various file formats.
