I somehow managed to uninstall the Secure Download Manager from my computer. I need it back on my computer. Is there any way to re-install it without having to pay for it again?
The download manager is available from the member's area on California Institute of Technology. You need to log-in using your credentials then you can access the download section to obtain your file.
First log-in on the Caltech Member's area with your username and password. You will need to accept the certificate of security before proceeding further. Once this operation has been completed, place the order for your software and wait for the Receipt page to load. You will have the possibility to install Secure Download Manager to download the application.
