Can I install launchers to Bluestacks AppPlayer for Windows(beta-1) Icecream Sandwich?

I cannot find phone menu screen, pics, videos, music, downloads etc.

Yes, you have the possibility to install all the available launcher applications on the Play Store, but to make it easy and fast, install Apex Launcher. After it's installed, press the virtual HOME button and choose Apex Launcher, then you will have the possibility to browse the applications installed on your computer.
