I have a corrupted user profile in Windows 8 Pro 64-bit OS. The only way I know to repair this is to create a new user with administrator privileges and copy the original user (with hidden OS files displayed) to the new account. This is a bit of a pain given I have over 200 GB in the original user. Do you have a script or other automatic way to make this happen?

Unfortunately, there is no other way to repair a corrupted account. Also, due to the complex things that you need to do (give administrator privileges to a user, show hidden files, create new user account and so on) there is no way to use a script for this job. The only way to do this is by following the method that you describe.
