I have lost my credit.

I logged on yesterday morning (I have a credit of € 21.07). I went out and I returned to connect, but I just couldn't. I did sign up again with the same name and the same password, but the credit was set to zero.

You will have to contact the ones you've created the account on. Typically, this shouldn't happen unless you've violated the ToS. Access the same website you've created your account on, and look for the Contact US button. After you contact the developer, provide as much information as you can about your purchase. If everything checks out, the developer should restore your account with the lost credit.
