It's been several months since I've accessed the program, and now I can't get logged in.

The application is still distributed and the website works as it should. Most likely you have encountered a maintenance to servers. If you still have problems, try to check your firewall so that it doesn't block the application and its connection with Internet then take advantage of the Support options available from developers.
