How do I load this game on my PC that is running on Windows 7?

This game was released 26th of Octomber 2001 initially for Windows 95. Due to the fact that it was designed for a DOS based Windows OS, there is no way to run it on a computer with Windows 7 without the help of a third party software. DOSBox is a tool that was designed to emulate old games like this one on newer computers. You can try this method for your problem.
