What to tap for the next round?

I have exceeded 2500 points many times but I'm still on the level one. What do I need to press to advance to the next stage? When I tap retry it goes to level one.

To advance to the next stage, you need to collect 2500 points. If you do this, you will receive additional time and automatically pass to stage 2. The game is over when you reached the time limit and you have to start on stage one every time. Read the How to Play menu inside the game for more information.
