RACF login problems.

I'm using RACF. I recently got access and it worked for the first week fine. Then it said that my password was incorrect (I hadn't changed passwords). After multiple failed attempts to sign in, I got a new message: "RACF user ID is revoked." Local IT and payroll show that I still have rights for this program. What can I do?

Try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. This should fix it. If not, access the official support page and check the What if something goes wrong on the target side, such as a password is not valid, the user ID is expired, or the system isn't available? question from the Synchronizing passwords section. If it doesn't help, use the contact information from the IBM website to get in touch with the support team.
