If the webcam is external, you can adjust the focus using the wheel attached to the lens. Spin the wheel until the image gets clear. If it's an internal webcam, you don't have the possibility to adjust the focus because this is entirely automatic. If you have this problem with an internal webcam, you might need to send the laptop or the device to support service.
