If you want to remove this program from the computer, you need to go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Windows XP) or Programs and Features (Windows 7) > select it and hit Uninstall. If you can't do it by this way, try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system. This should fix the problem.
