Macmillan Dictionary installation problem.

I am facing an installation problem of asking key number of my CD-ROM although I had keyed in my Key code printed in my CD after I installed "Macmillan English Dictionary for Advanced learners". I used version 1.0 of the software on a computer with Windows 7 on 32-bit. How can I solve this?

In order to solve this problem, be sure that you input correctly the serial number from your CD. Also, be sure that you use the version which you paid for. This might be the reason why you can't install the software. If the problem persists, I strongly suggest you contact the developer on the following website for assistance in this matter.
