I have installed Dell WebCam Central but when I open it the application it says "no supported webcam".

I have installed Dell WebCam Central but when I open it the application it says "no supported webcam". My laptop is Dell Latitude E6410. Using Skype is also unavailable. Can I fix this?

Before you can use your laptop's webcam, you should download and install the latest firmware available. To find and download the needed update, you should check the official website of the developer. After you installed the additional update, you should restart your PC and start the program again. It should work.
