Problem with instalation of MCGS software.

Does anyone know whether the software is in English? I downloaded the Chinese version and cannot install on English XP SP3 because I do not understand Chinese. On the Chinese XP I can install successfully, but again I do not understand.

I am afraid that there is no English version of this software. Even their homepage is in Chinese and all the resources distributed are in Chinese.
