ISSUE - Login Failure.

I've been using the VPN Client for more than 2 years now. Today, I encountered an error that said, "Login failed. Please consult the switch log for further information". Please help me on this asap! Thanks!

You need to open Notepad and load the log which gives important information about your connection issues. Based on the log you can take next step in diagnosing the error. It could be possible that the server is down which in this case you should try later.

There's not much information in the log.

I've been trying to connect to the server everyday but it always fails. Is it possible to reset my connection to the server? My other colleagues who connects to the same server can connect successfully. I believe that it is just my UserID that fails to connect to the server.

The VPN server is up and running. In this case, you should contact the owners of the VPN server as your login may be blocked due to various reasons.
