I need USB driver for Lava Iris349+. Can you help?

I am using Lava Iris349+ device for Android app development. I need a USB driver to run my app on device. Where can I find the download? Any link?

The company who developed these phones state that the drivers are stored on the internal storage.

From the official FAQ page, you can see the exact instruction:

''4. Where to locate drivers on device?
- Open Apps on the top right hand corner of home screen and open Explorer or File Manager. Then, you can open your drivers.''

I want to connect device  to my PC and run my Android app on device.For this  i need drivers.
