There are a few things you can try that may work. Make sure you have installed at least patch v6, then try again. If still doesn't work, try reinstalling the software after you have completely deleted all the previous files of the program. You can also try installing the software on a virtual machine using a specific program. If you don't know any just, you can try VMware.
