I tried multiple pattern unlock on my Tecno phone and got it locked. I don't think I have any Google account to unlock the phone. What is the next step?
You need to perform a factory reset operation. Use Volume Up + Power until you enter Recovery mode then select Wipe data. Custom applications and settings will be wiped and you will have access to the phone.
