The only way to unlock your mobile phone is by performing a hard reset. By doing this, you will lose all your data from the device and all the settings will be restored to default(factory reset). To do this, you first need to turn OFF your phone. Try to press and hold down the Volume UP, Volume DOWN and Power button. You can release them when the Android logo appears on the screen. If you see the logo, it means that you accessed the recovery menu. You can navigate through it using the Volume buttons. To reset your phone, choose wipe data / factory reset using the power button. Wait until your device reboot and you should be able to use it again.
