I want to convert JPG image into AutoCAD drawing. Can you please tell me how to do it?

You cannot import a JPG file to usable AutoCAD data. You will need to trace the file first and convert it using CorelDraw's feature called bitmap/vector conversion then you can export the file to DWF and import it back as a usable AutoCAD file.
