The MaxiLink2 tool was developed by Autel. This utility is designed to connect to the Internet but there is no information regarding the use of it. You might installed this by mistake, or it may came within a bundle. According to some malware databases over the Internet, this application is clean and doesn't contain any virus or malware that can harm your computer. You can remove the application by going to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Windows XP) or Programs and Features (Windows 7) > select it and click Uninstall. If you have problems with the unisntall process, you can download and use Revo Uninstaller. This tools is designed to remove any program from your computer.

It is to update a vehicle diagnostic tool manufactured by Autel using a usb cord connected from your windows computer to the device. I remember updating one of my diagnostic tools, but I didn't realize at the time that it was added to my program, and features. After you do the update you can remove this program, because I doubt it has any further purpose.
