Make sure that you're logged in Windows using Administrator rights, go to Start, type cmd and press the Enter key. Type set user, press Enter and copy the name shown after the USERNAME in a Notepad file. Type CD AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Windows and change the directories to C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Windows folder. Instead of User-name enter the name saved in Notepad. Type REN WIN.INI WIN.OLD and then press Enter. Close the CMD utility, click Start, type fpcpl2app.cpl and press Enter.
