Cannot install SQL Server 2005 Express in Windows 8

I am installing Tax Suite for e-filing of TDS returns. I have encountered the message while downloading SQL Server 2005 Express: "This program has compatibility issues". I have Windows 8 currently on all my laptops. Tried looking out for some troubleshooting the issue but unable to understand it. Kindly help out.

I would like to recommend you to use SQL Server 2008 instead of 2005. Version 2005 will give you errors and you will have problems regarding products that are based on SQL Server.
