When I try to access "Import image", somewehere along the line ExpressIT closes and I get my work closed. The closure does not happen at the same time each time.
Try to use only JPEG files and make sure that the files are in a directory that has no spaces in its name. Alternatively, try to update the application to fix all the known bugs the repeat the procedure.
