This is the standard procedure or driver installation when a new operating system is deployed to a computer: for every driver you install, a restart of the computer is required. This way you'll prevent conflicts of having all the drivers installed in one instance. It rarely happens, but it's best to avoid it. As for software applications, you can install all of them, then restart the computer to finish pending operations.
