DataTemp Multidrop software is not working properly.

When I try to modify the emissivity, it shows an error. When I modify all the parameters it pops up the same error message. What can I do?

In order to fix the problem, simply try uninstalling the application (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and then installing it again. If the error persists, use the Contact Us page to get in touch with the Raytek Corporation, the DataTemp Multidrop developer.
