Microsoft Picture It

I had Windows XP with 2002 or 2003 Microsoft Works which included Microsoft Picture It 7. I have recently upgraded to Windows 7 and have now lost the Microsoft Picture It program. What can I do to get that program or a newer version of that or any other program that can compare with Microsoft Picture It? The software I have now is Microsoft Office Home and Student 2010.

Microsoft Picture It is not compatible with Windows 7. You can try to run the program in the compatibility mode following these steps:

  • Right click on the Microsoft Picture It shortcut.
  • Click on Properties
  • Click on Compatibility tab
  • Mark Run this program in compatibility mode and select Windows 7 or other operating system.

Other programs similar to Microsoft Picture It are: Windows Live Photo Gallery or Microsoft Digital Image. Windows Live Photo Gallery is a freeware profram that allows you to do simple but effective photo editing. With Microsoft Digital Image you can do more complicated editing operations.
