I want to replace the video content of a Karaoke VCD for the original VCD disk in my HDT Premier Machine . Can it be done?

I want to replace the video content of a Karaoke VCD for the original VCD disk in my HDT Premier Machine. Can it be done? Your suggestion is highly appreciated.

You cannot modify the content of the VCD as it's not editable. You will need to make an image of the VCD using IMGBurn, then edit the image and burn it again. You will also need editing tools to modify the content of those files. It's easier to convert the entire DVD to a popular video format and then burn the VCD again with the same program (IMGBurn).
