I want to find the correct site or link to download and install Adobe Flash Player for my BlackBerry Bold Touch 9900.

BlackBerry Bold Touch 9900 doesn't support Adobe Flash Player. Only few BlackBerry phones supports this feature. You can find more about Adobe Flash support for BlackBerry on their official web page.
