In Alliance 8300, we changed the account privileges from Operator to System Administrator but we cannot access the Administration tab anymore. Can you help?
Alliance 8300 comes with a System Administrator permission that allows full access to all software features. If you cannot access all options from the Administration tab, it means that your account is not assigned with these facilities and you have only the basic Operator privileges. I suggest you to sign out and to log in again to the System Administrator account. Here you can change the privileges for any Operator. Go to Administration > Operator > Facilities > Assign Facilities and add all facilities (System Administrator inclusive) from Available to Assigned column. After that, go to File and select Save Record. Also, you need to know that an Alliance 8300 operator must have a Windows user account before they can use the software.
