How to define station properties in order to generate video files?

I am mapping video files for a Roadware installation on a laptop. I can map the database. When I attempt to map a video file, I do not generate the Video 0. Viewing the Video Builder Setup window has defaulted to the database, not to the Video folder stored on my terabyte drive. I attempt to browse to the Video folders within the same drive and receive message "Station Properties not defined. Unable to generate Video Files." How to define station properties?

The RoadWare application doesn't appear to be available anymore which means that support practically doesn't exist. If you have the software installed, go to Help > Contents and check the help documentation available for it. This might be the only possible way to obtain troubleshooting information. There should be a section called FAQs that allows you get answers to the most common errors and features.
