What is Windows Media Runtime Library 9 and where can I find it?

Mini Stream Ripper wants me to install it before it changes a .wax file. I can't find it anywhere.

The library you need is actually a codec that is required by the stream ripper. Please download it from the Microsoft and then you can use your stream ripper accordingly.
