The application is not accepting my password and I cannot reset it.

I have been using iSafe application on my iPod for years. I recently purchased a new iPod Touch G5. To my surprise the application is not accepting the password and I cannot reset it. What can I do?

If you installed the iSafe application on your new iPod Touch, you need to set up a new password. You can't use the old one on your new device. If this isn't your case, to reset the password, you need to use the iSafePod Reset Passcode tool. You can find and download it from the official application store. According to the support website, to use the reset tool, you need to update your iSafe application to version 3.1 or above. After you did this, just follow the instructions provided by the reset utility.
