Problem with Casio CBMS

When I start Casio CBMS I get some fail information. 

TObjDatabase 
Failed to LocalSetupDatabaseDictionary. 
C:\CasioHospitality\DataMain\HospitalityBusinessDatabase.add Error 5185: Local server connections are restricted in this environment.  
and then i get one more 
Failed to connect to database.

What should I do to fix those?

This error is related to the database connectivity. It means that it cannot connect to the database to access or store items. Please check the database connectivity in the application's settings menu. You will also need to switch to a different operating mode as shown in the error message.
