Since there is no data about TCL-AF100 Manage System and PABX PC Console, I recommend reinstalling it. While doing this, make sure to delete or move any custom files you have set up for the PABX PC Console. The error could also indicate you are lacking security rights to write on the drive. This can be solved using Run as Administrator (function available from Windows Vista and up). Additionally, check the built-in HELP section of the software.
