Yes, you can use all the available cores for this application to speed its process. To change the affinity of the process, start Task Manager (CTRL + SHIFT + ESC) and then go to Processes tab. The application needs to be launched before you can do this. Select the process in the list and right click it then select Set Affinity and choose the number of cores assigned to work with the application.
